Inclusion & environment
Leaders engage staff in implementing a curriculum which supports progress for all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Staff put in place additional interventions, such as small-group talk sessions with children who are quieter or have SEND, which helps to develop children's confidence and communication skills.
Children's physical development is well supported outdoors. Children access a range of wheeled toys, negotiate climbing equipment, and explore balancing along obstacle courses they have set up.
We are SUPER happy with our experience at chatter bugs my son has been here for about 4 months now and our son has absolutely thrived here he’s grown in confidence, curiosity, and kindness, all thanks to the incredible team who care for him like family. The manager is amazing so approachable, kind, and genuinely solves and helps with any requests. Our son’s key worker has been such a blessing; she knows him so well and always goes the extra mile to make sure he’s happy and confident. He also has such a good connection with her in a short space of time. The whole team in the toddler room have shown that same warmth, patience, and love every day. I’m a fussy, 100-questions-asking mum, and they’ve never once made me feel like a bother they always respond with such care and kindness. Seeing how settled our son is made our decision easy we’ll be enrolling our 8-month-old daughter soon, and we couldn’t think of a better place for her to start her journey. Thank you to everyone at for creating such a nurturing, joyful environment. 💕
Read on GoogleEDIT : The review was written around the time we decided to stop sending my son to your nursery. it remained pending on Google and was only published recently after I appealed it directly with Google. The timing of publication does not reflect when the experience or concerns occurred. I would also like to clearly state that we did not call to ask for my son to return to your nursery. We chose not to continue with your setting because we felt he was not being adequately supported. He was frequently unwell while attending, showed clear distress about going, and there was little effort made to help him settle. Instead of working with us to support his transition, one member of staff the lady who wears glasses (I apologise that I do not recall her name) explicitly stated that she and the manager thought we should “bring him back when he is two years old,” rather than offering practical settling strategies or additional support at the time. This was said instead of actively helping him adapt. My son is now attending a new nursery, where he is happy, settled, and comfortable with the staff. The difference in his wellbeing and attitude has been very clear to us as parents. The review reflects our genuine experience and concerns at the time. It was not written with any ill intent, but to honestly share what we went through as parents ——————————————————— My son attended this nursery for a few weeks before we had to move him elsewhere. There’s a serious lack of communication and the staff always seem to be in a rush. The most concerning part was their approach to nappy changes — they applied nappy cream every time after he did a potty, clearly to mask the smell rather than properly cleaning him. This is not acceptable when it comes to hygiene and care. I definitely do not recommend this nursery.
Read on GoogleChatter Bugs Nursery has been a true blessing for our family. Our 5-month-old granddaughter is so well cared for, and the staff are incredibly nurturing and professional. We were all anxious, especially my daughter, about her return to work as a pharmacist—but Chatter Bugs has completely eased those worries. The love, attention, and communication are outstanding. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful nursery. Highly recommend!
Read on GoogleOur child has been attending since she was 8months old and she is still there. We cannot fault the nursery at all from its cleanliness to the professionalism of staff to the variety of activities and entertainment they have for kids of all ages. The children are well looked after and we get honest feedback at the end of each day. Detailed day to day events are posted on the reliable platform online where you only see your own child’s activities and milestones achieved. Our child is thriving and making great progress. Management and staff alike are professional, courteous, efficient, reliable and very dependable.
Read on GoogleThis is such a wonderful nursery and can’t rate them enough. Both my kids have gone here and the nursery is fantastic. From park trips to the different activities and plays, they really encourage children to thrive. The staff are friendly and treat the kids as there own. They work with kids to help them improve as they did with my daughters speech. Can’t recommend this nursery enough.
