Our son has been attending this nursery for the past 17months.We are very happy with the whole experience. No complaints from us.Special shout out to Summer Raia and Francesca who were brilliant with our boy.Would not hesitate to recommend.
Read on GoogleVery bad experience! We just visited the nursery for a tour and they asked me to fill the application form to put my daughters name on the waiting list. I also opted ONLY for government funded sessions. Out of nowhere, they sent my an invoice asking me to pay more than 1000 pounds as my daughter's monthly fee for half day session each day. When I reached out to them explaining that my daughter already started her nursery somewhere else and I did not agree anything with BusyBee, the management responded saying that I need to give them 1 month notice and I should pay the fee. Firstly, they did not even consult with me regarding the start date, secondly, they did not even ask me how I wish to pay. The invoice email totally upset the whole family, especially if you are a single parent £1300 is not a small amount. Here are the key points of my experience: 1. Lack of Agreement on Start Date: There was no confirmed start date for my daughter. They entered a date into their system without consulting me 2. Communication Failures: The nursery failed to communicate via any means with the start date or billings 3. Unreasonable Billing: Even on my application form and during my visit, I clearly mentioned that I'm looking for government funded session only( 3 hours, AM) , but they sent me huge invoice as the wish. Personally, I had VERY bad experience with the management handling my daughters application( the nursery atmosphere is good and the actual staffs were friendly during my visit) ! Be careful while giving your details to them!
Read on GoogleWe have had our son at Busy Bees for almost a year now and have had nothing but a positive experience through that time. Communication levels are always high and have a warm and engaging tone. All of the staff we encounter are similarly friendly and welcoming. Despite challenging circumstances over the past few months everyone always has a smile on their face. I can drop our son off safe in the knowledge that he is going to have a wonderful day. Thank you and please keep up the good work!
Read on GoogleMy son has been in this nursery for almost 3 years. He settled really well and made many friends. My eldest son also attended this nursery when he was younger. The staff is great, they keep us informed about everything. Great nursery!
Read on GoogleMy son has been at this nursery for a year and I can't fault it at all. He has never once been upset to go in even from his first day as the lovely ladies made him feel so welcome and secure. Communication is excellent with a thorough handover at each pick up and my son always has stories to tell about the games he's played with the grown ups. We'll be so sad to wave goodbye when he's off to school next year. Special mention to the ladies in bumbles who my little boy adores!
