The Fun Factory operates two welcoming, family-run nurseries, one in Camberley and another in Woking. Established in 2005 by Donna and Mark, the Camberley branch is housed in a spacious Victorian building, offering a serene, home-like atmosphere with ample outdoor space.

The Woking nursery, opened in 2013, is situated in a converted bungalow that has undergone significant improvements, including a new conservatory and an expansive decked area in the baby garden. The founders are committed to providing high-quality childcare at affordable rates, consistently reinvesting in both their staff and facilities.

Their philosophy emphasises a strong, hands-on management approach, with Donna overseeing the daily operations and supporting the teams, while Mark manages the business aspects. How they support every child

SEND provision

The support for children with SEND and children who have possible speech delays is a strength of the nursery. Staff quickly identify children who need additional support and work effectively with parents and other professionals to put targeted strategies in place, tailored to children's needs and preferences. As a result, children make good progress in their learning and development.

Outdoor space

Children have many opportunities to play and enjoy exploring outside. Older children's coordination and fine motor skills are supported well as they make 'magic potions' in the mud kitchen. Younger children enjoy kicking footballs and playing on see-saws.

I have been really disappointed as I am trying to contact nursery since last 3 weeks via phone and have been told that I’ll be contacted but I have not been contacted. Last week I went to the nursery to talk in person and asked whatever queries I had and dropped my number so I can be given further details I asked for I was told that i will be updated by the end of the week. I waited and waited and called back on Monday, same response will be called back. And still there has been no response.That is extremely unprofessional.

What can I say, in my opinion it doesn't even deserve 1 star. what contributed to this? I called to see if there were any places available, the manager was not there (would call me back), the next day I called - the manager had a viewing (would call me back), and I heard the same song 4 times from a nice girl. what unprofessionalism working there 🙄
