We had a positive experience until the management changed, at that point we saw the staff that my son loved leave (all because of the management), and replaced with agency staff. My son would go in everyday crying, with a stranger sat on their phone and not doing anything to help console him - we didn't get any updates on food, sleep etc on the app for weeks at a time. The management may have changed again now, but we, along with many other parents, took him out to a new nursery. There were some great staff, which kept the place going, but the management had a huge impact on the nursery.

Both of my children with the difference of 10 years used to go to this lovely and caring nursery. During many years it has been a second home for us. It went through worse and better times but nevertheless I can confidently say that they were filled with happiness. The building is spacious and has many good facilities with a lovely small garden and paddling pool in a hot weather. The staff is caring and kind giving children a very needed comfort and love, cuddles and support while being away from mammy and daddy. The food is homemade and tasty giving children the opportunity to try new dishes and varieties, also I can't underestimate coffee and breakfast for parents on the go. The current management team is doing their best for parents and children, they are growing professionally and are going in the right direction in my humble opinion. I am very happy to see so many positive changes. I wish them all the best! Thank you very much for your hard work! We will always remember the time with you as one of the happiest in the life of our children!

The staff are lovely and know who I am when I show up to pick my baby, they know my baby’s name and I can tell she likes going there and has created a strong bond with her carers. The introduction and settling in sessions were also great for me and reassuring. Furthermore they’ve been great throughout the covid pandemic, the measures they have in place have made me feel comfortable and at ease about my baby going there as I know she’ll be safe.

Suki is so well cared for by her teachers, Shelley, Melissa, Elaine and Emma (and everyone else!) Lily and Jo in the office are super responsive and helpful, and despite the huge pressures the childcare sector is under, Busy Bees Chislehurst always goes above and beyond. Suki loves nursery and I have them to thank for turning her into a sociable and happy little girl.
