My son has been attending this nursery since he was 7 months old, and he absolutely loves it. The baby room staff are so lovely and genuinely caring — I always feel confident that he’s in safe, nurturing hands. They take the time to get to know him, support his routine, and make sure he’s happy throughout the day. I also really appreciate the regular updates; I’m always kept informed whenever needed, which gives me great peace of mind. Highly recommend this nursery for anyone looking for a warm and supportive environment for their little one.

Staff can be insensitive and unsympathetic at times. This has clearly hindered my child’s progress and development. A few times when picking up my child I was given feedback which was clearly unsupportive towards my child and borderline rude. It’s only when my child had left the nursery I can see how under developed my child is. More support and consistency at nursery would have really helped. Certain staff members regularly behaved unprofessionally and made pick ups awkward and uncomfortable. New staff members have bought the standard of care and development very low in recent years. Staff raised voices and came across impatient. Staff vocabulary is very limited and this was clearly being reflected on the children, not ideal when your child is learning how to talk. Shame as this used to be a good nursery.

Terrible nursery. They lack attention to children. Staff don’t know anything about the child they have supposedly spent 8 hours with. They lie about the activities that take place and shout at the children. AVOID AT ALL COST

This is a really great nursery. My daughter has been going for two years and she loves it. It's been a wonderful place to help her learn and grow. The staff are excellent - so friendly and really work hard to engage with parents as well as the children. Really appreciate everything this nursery does, in particular during the course of the pandemic where it must be particularly difficult to work. Would definitely recommend this place to any parents looking for somewhere their little one(s) can thrive!
