Inclusion & environment
Children who speak English as an additional language and those with special educational needs and/or disabilities gain inclusive support and the involvement of professionals happens in a timely manner. The setting uses additional funding effectively, providing training for staff, specialist resources and trips to provide wider opportunities for all children.
Outside, the setting provides small climbing frames, tricycles, slides and stepping stones, helping to develop children's physical skills effectively. Staff champion involvement in the community with trips to a nearby forest school.
We couldn’t be happier with Bybrook Pre School. The support and nurturing nature of the whole team, along with the ethos of the preschool, has made our daughter so happy and confident. It’s such a fun and engaging learning environment, and the staff are truly fantastic – trustworthy, caring, and always making us feel completely at ease knowing our child is in safe hands. Communication is excellent, with clear updates at handovers, which is so reassuring. The team genuinely help children to grow in confidence, and we honestly can’t thank them or recommend them enough!
