Inclusion & environment
Timely interventions ensure children with special education needs and/or disabilities (SEND) quickly get the support they need. Staff are proactive in their approach and work effectively with both parents and any professionals involved. Staff make good use of funding to ensure children get the specialist equipment they require so they can fully participate in all activities alongside their peers.
Books are freely available to all children throughout the nursery, including outdoors. The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning.
All i can say is, this nursery is amazing. Zara and her staff have been absolutely amazing in caring for our son whilst attending this establishment. I am devastated that he is leaving for primary school as I know that the level of education and personal care can not be matched anywhere. Thank you for giving Eoghan the most amazing 2 years and we look forward to continuing with you for the next 2 years with Niall. Anyone will benefit from having their child come here.
Read on GoogleAbsolutely blown away with the amount of care my daughter receives at Castle Hill Day Nursery with Zara and the team. She has so much fun and regularly brings home artwork to show us. The nursery is really affordable for all that you get and my daughter loves it there. The staff are always smiling and playing with the children. What more could you want!
Read on GoogleA wonderful bunch of ladies, who always go above and beyond to ensure our daughter is constantly cared for to the very highest standard in their care ❤️ Amazing communication with parents from the offset, making daunting settling in sessions so much reassuring, as well as providing updates even to present day. A huge thanks to all at CHDN for being all round fantastic ❤️
Read on GoogleMy little boy started nursery at Castle Hill 6weeks ago and is already settled in and coming home singing me all the new songs he has learnt there. We had tears and questions like 'Why are you leaving me' the first couple of times I left him, now he's trying to open the gate himself and toddling off before even saying goodbye! Castle Hill feels like a very relaxed and gentle nursery. A few ppl have told me how 'old school' it is and I was confused at first, but after chatting to other Mum's I realised it's because they aren't texting me every 2 mins to tell me what he's doing / when he's had a nappy changed etc. Call me old-fashioned but I'd rather nursery staff were looking after the kids instead of sitting on an phone telling me what they're doing! I also want to feel comfortable and confident in the fact that when I leave him there I can get on with my own stuff and I know they'd call if they needed to. Really lovely staff and very happy I went with them.
Read on GoogleSo impressed with this Nursery. Our daughter is so happy here with great structured activities throughout the day and also yummy food. Seems like a very caring environment and I feel she is in good hands. Highly recommend!
