We couldn’t be happier with the care and support our daughter received at this nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been welcoming, nurturing, and genuinely invested in her development and happiness. The environment is safe, stimulating, and full of engaging activities that have really helped her confidence and social skills grow. We love how the team kept us updated with her progress and daily experiences, which gave us a real peace of mind. What stands out the most is how kind and attentive the staff are. They truly know each child as an individual and make every effort to support their needs. Our daughter always came home happy, excited, and full of stories about her day, which says everything.

We couldn’t have been happier with this nursery. From the very beginning, the team were incredibly supportive, caring, and attentive. My child had specific dietary requirements, and the nursery was fantastic at accommodating these with a fully adaptable menu. It was so reassuring to know our little ones needs were not only understood but consistently met with such care. As a naturally anxious parent, I especially appreciated the regular reassurance and updates through the app. The daily observations were a real highlight – I absolutely loved seeing what my little one had been learning, exploring, and achieving. It made me feel so connected and involved in their day. The outdoor space was amazing and was such a positive part of our experience. My little one loved exploring outside, and it was clear how much thought had gone into creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment. We are extremely grateful for the exceptional care and support our son received at this nursery. As he was born with a cleft palate and a hearing impairment, we understandably felt anxious about him starting nursery, particularly in relation to the challenges surrounding eating. However, the staff provided reassurance from the outset and demonstrated both professionalism and compassion at every stage. From the very beginning, the team was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to our son’s development and wellbeing. The environment is safe, stimulating, and thoughtfully structured, offering a wide range of engaging activities that have significantly supported his confidence and social development. We particularly valued the consistent communication regarding his progress and daily experiences through the app, which provided us with great peace of mind. It was evident that the staff took the time to understand his individual needs and ensured he was supported appropriately. Their genuine care and attention made a meaningful difference to our son’s early years experience.

I was hesitant at first for my daughter to attend but I soon was put at ease and it honestly felt like a home from home. The staff are all fantastic and put in 100% and they show they truly know my child by telling me about what she's been doing/playing with and it's so nice to know she's exactly the same at nursery as she is at home. The food is all cooked fresh and have a wide range of meals which my daughter loves. The nursery always looks immaculate and the housekeeping team are so friendly and welcoming. I honestly can't fault this nursery!

My child has thrived at this nursery, where her social, emotional, and physical needs are consistently supported. She has formed strong bonds with both staff and other children and is always happy and excited to attend. We particularly value the wide range of extracurricular activities, especially the weekly ballet sessions. Her communication and language skills have flourished through the focus on stories and songs—at just two years old, she confidently tells me all about her day. As a full-time working parent, it was essential to find a setting that reflects our own morals and expectations, and the strong relationships we’ve built with staff provide real reassurance. The inclusive, regularly reviewed menu supports her dietary needs and introduces her to new foods. The all-weather outdoor provision is another fantastic feature.
