I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated staff at Bright Horizons City Child Nursery and Preschool. Their unwavering dedication to looking after my daughter's well-being and treating her as if she were a member of their own family is truly commendable. Their love, patience, and caring attitude have made her feel safe and happy, and I am genuinely grateful for that. Our daughter has been a part of this wonderful community for almost 2 years now, and her joy and happiness while at the nursery are a testament to the excellent care and learning environment provided. I recommend the nursery and its staff members due to their exceptional professionalism. Their meticulously planned activities to educate our children efficiently and develop their emotional, social, and creative skills, including cooking activities and exploring different textures, are a testament to their expertise. The international cuisine menu is a plus due to its vast range of choices and the outdoor space (the garden), where they have a great time. Their attention to detail is remarkable, as they inform you daily verbally, via the app, and in quarterly development and progression plan meetings. Thank you to the nursery team for your unwavering dedication and careful attention to my daughter and every child attending. Your love for what you do is truly inspiring. Thank you for making them have unforgettable moments/ memories filled with joy and for their chicky smile at the end of the day. :)

Our son joined this nursery one year ago and since then he was eager to go to the nursery every morning. We can tell that he was being taken good care of for his daily needs: healthy food, regular hygiene check, and he developed some good habits, like washing his own hands before meals, etc. He was also having lots of fun in learning new skills, exploring the outdoor garden, play with nursery staff and other kids. He is definitely a happy child in this nursery! As parents we feel we are well informed. We are informed of our son’s daily schedule and given a call whenever an incident happens (all minor). His key person keeps a good documentation of her observations, provides periodic assessments, and discusses our son’s progress and development plans with us on regular basis. We are very happy and would highly recommend this nursery.

We have been delighted with this nursery. The care and attention they have shown my son have been above and beyond what I expected. It’s made going back to work a little easier. The garden is a big positive for an inner city nursery.
