Everything you would want a nursery to be! Rooms are bright and open, the setting is meticulously clean and the staff are so friendly and caring. One of my children attended for three years and the other is there now. They do so many fun activities and a great deal of high quality learning too - all pitched at the right ages. My eldest is thriving at school now due to the great foundations she gained from Creative Kids. Emma the manager really cares about the setting, her staff and all the children and their families. The nursery is really well run and feels very safe.

My daughter has been attending Creative Kids for over a year and it is a wonderful nursery. When she has had difficulty going in the staff have always been so reassuring and comforting to her to help in her transition. Cara, Lizzie and Elle in particular were so great in helping her to settle and implemented things she liked to help her feel comfortable. All the staff show care towards the children often referring to them by name which is lovely to see. To get the updates on the app is great to see their development and reassuring for working parents. The location is a bonus being so close to the station and the big garden is a definite plus. The classrooms are always set up well and are clean and well laid out. Emma has been incredibly helpful in sorting out any admin and funding issues that we have had. We always feel that the nursery is on our side.

Our eldest has just started school after 4 years at Creative Kids and is absolutely thriving due in no small part to the foundation she gained here. She loved her time at nursery and the team there allowed her creativity and sense of fun to flourish. Our youngest is also doing incredibly well here and is progressing really brilliantly. We have never had tears at drop off or any reticence in going into the nursery. It's been a great experience for the kids and for us as parents.

My son has been attending Creative Kids Nursery for the past 18 months, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible support we’ve received from both the staff and management team. He initially found it difficult to settle, but the staff were endlessly kind, patient, and supportive during that time. As he requires SEN support, the nursery has been instrumental in helping us every step of the way. From organising regular One Plan meetings to supporting us with the autism assessment process, they’ve gone above and beyond to ensure my son — and we as parents — feel heard, understood, and supported. The team has worked closely with us, following the advice of occupational and speech therapists to support my son’s development. They have played a huge role in the progress he has made. Special thanks to Emma, who has always been so accommodating, especially when we’ve had to reschedule days due to NHS appointments. Her flexibility and understanding have made a big difference during what has sometimes been a very challenging time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Creative Kids Nursery to other parents — especially those whose children have additional needs. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shown to our family have been truly outstanding.

I couldn’t recommend Creative Kids enough. All of the staff are so caring and really listen to the needs of each individual child in their care. My kids love going to nursery and it’s such a relief to see them so happy and excited each day. I love that it’s not just all play but the staff create learning activities for the kids each day and support them when needed. The manager knows each child by name and very much has an open door policy for everyone. Emma sets an example for all the staff across the nursery and is such a lovely and caring person.
