Cullompton Pre-School strives to provide children with the best possible start in their educational journey, fostering a love for learning in a fun and supportive environment. Led by an experienced Early Years Teacher, the pre-school crafts stimulating and age-appropriate activities that are regularly updated and tailored to each child's individual developmental stage, informed by careful observation and assessment.

The curriculum blends free-play with structured circle time and adult-led activities, aiming to equip children with essential life skills such as exploration, critical thinking, self-expression, and forming positive relationships. They are dedicated to supporting the entire family and providing additional assistance where needed, and proud of their multiple "Outstanding" Ofsted ratings.

How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff work with other professionals to support children to reach their potential. Accurate assessments of children's needs are appropriately shared and discussed in order to provide the best possible support for their learning and development. Staff spoke to the inspector about how they support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities.

The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning.
