They greet children warmly and sensitively, helping them feel secure, valued, and welcome. The nursery prioritises children's well-being and development, with staff acting as good role models, showing respect, and helping young children regulate their behaviour.

Children can confidently choose from a selection of good resources, both indoors and outdoors, and staff plan learning experiences based on their interests. Leaders are highly aspirational, involving staff in reflective practices to enhance their skills, particularly in promoting good communication and language.

The nursery works closely with professionals to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and those learning English as an additional language, identifying and addressing any learning gaps. Funding is used to acquire appropriate equipment and provide staff training, ensuring all children are fully included and prepared for future learning.

Parents value the nursery's communication about children's learning and development and feel it is firmly established in the wider community. Children develop speech and listening skills through songs, rhymes, and a good range of reading materials, and practice independence by learning to use toothbrushes, feed themselves, and help with tasks.

My toddler has been to this nursery since 2024 and I'm so sad he's growing up going into big school nursery. The staff at dimples are absolutely amazing!! So reassuring and lovely to talk to, brilliant with the children, so many activities, regular updates sent out. They have helped my toddler thrive and his confidence has grown so much. Would recommend this nursery to everyone 🙂
