Inclusion & environment
Staff develop exciting activities for all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Leaders build strong partnerships with professionals to support children with SEND, for example, collaborating with speech and language therapists. Together, they continually adapt and implement effective plans for children's education, ensuring children consistently benefit from a shared approach.
Children have opportunities for outdoor play in the well-organised garden. Staff inspire children's learning in the environment as they make potions together and go on exciting bug hunts, using fact sheets to identify creatures. Staff also encourage children to use their larger movements, kicking and throwing balls to one another accurately, supporting their physical development.
This is the best nursery around. Such personalised care for little ones. In 10 years as a parent there, I’ve never had a single issue.
