My little girl joined at 8 months and she has absolutely thrived. The staff are fantastic and really care about the development of the children. Katherine (baby room lead) is brilliant and we are so glad we chose Fennies for our daughter. She is now 18 months old and will be continuing at Fennies until she goes to school.
Read on GoogleI felt welcomed by the team from the moment I stepped in. They instantly made my little one feel at ease and got them stuck in with activities whilst I toured the nursery. When it was time to leave she didn't to go which told me everything I needed to know. She has been with Fennies for about 3 months now and loves going. The staff are brilliant with her and with keeping me updated through the Famly app. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to send their children to a home away from home style nursery!!
Read on GoogleOur experience with Fennies Nursery has been nothing short of spectacular! When our previous nursery received a dreadful Ofsted report and they had to terminate our contract with immediate effect, we went into a panic mode. Claudia, the manager at Fennies, came to our rescue with amazing love and care, making the transition smooth and stress-free. The location is super convenient, being so close to the station, but what really sets Fennies apart is the amazing staff who genuinely care about the children. Claudia and her deputy Nikki run an absolutely lovely nursery. They are transparent with parents, maintaining high standards and clear policies. It’s reassuring to know exactly how things operate, and their communication is top-notch. Katherine (affectionately known as Kath Kath), my daughter’s key person, is a real gem. Think Mary Poppins but even more no-nonsense. She’s brilliant at what she does and has a wonderful way with the children. And then there's Nikki, who my daughter adores. Every morning, she runs to Nikki for a cuddle – no tears, no grumpiness, just pure joy. Food wise-where do I even start!… Every day, my daughter gets to enjoy such delicious, nutritious meals that I have serious food envy! Honestly, I wish they offered take away for parents 😂 We couldn't be happier with Fennies. Thank you for making our lives easier and our daughter's days brighter!
Read on GoogleMy daughter goes to Fennies and absolutely loves it. The staff there are great and I am always amazed by the creative and fun activities they do each day. The management are also brilliant and really communicate well with parents. I would really recommend Fennies and very pleased we chose it.
Read on GoogleI never thought I'd be such a strong advocate of sending your child to nursery, but Fennies has shown me that little ones get a lot out of spending time in a safe environment with other children their age, and experienced staff. My daughter goes two days per week and absolutely loves it! I think the staff are great and I trust them to look after her implicitly. The facilities are very clean, the food is amazing (seriously!) and the toys are well thought out and educational.
