About this day nursery

N Family Club Twickenham West, registered in April 2024, operates as a childcare setting on non-domestic premises in Twickenham (TW2 5AR). This nursery places a strong emphasis on children's welfare and wellbeing, adapting care practices to ensure children feel safe, secure, and supported, especially those who have experienced significant life changes.

The setting excels in fostering an inclusive environment where all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), English as an additional language (EAL) learners, and disadvantaged children, are fully supported and valued. They implement a clear graduated approach with individual support plans, working closely with families and external professionals to ensure tailored support.

Children benefit from well-planned transitions and personalised settling-in discussions, helping them to form secure attachments and a sense of belonging. The curriculum, based on the Early Years Foundation Stage, focuses strongly on communication and emotional development, creating a secure learning environment.

While the overall approach is strong, leaders are continually working to enhance teaching quality, particularly through targeted training to strengthen practitioners' abilities in extending children's thinking and problem-solving skills, and refining lunchtime routines to encourage children's active participation and social development.

Our ethos

The nursery is thoughtfully designed to align with its comprehensive early years curriculum, ensuring a stimulating environment for all children. A key feature is its expansive garden, which provides an ideal setting for Forest School activities, fostering a love for outdoor learning.

This Nursery is absolutely incredible. Our son loves it! They have daily activities teaching even the youngest children and babies. Playing outside when it's warm, always having sun cream applied before going out, great variety of different healthy food and snacks. The staff are incredible, Hannah is caring and excellent with the children. Sunny at the front of the desk is great too. Management is excellent with good oversight and very high standards maintained throughout the nursery. Camera monitoring in each room. My wife and I were worried in the beginning as child was so young when he joined but he is flourishing there. The nursery is clean and brilliantly maintained. We love the daily updates provided including how much child has eaten, changes, pictures of him taking part in activities. N Family Club Twickenham West really is the best Nursery we could have hoped for and we're so happy we chose it over the others.

Such a lovely nursery, my daughter has felt so comfortable going here from a young age, the staff really get to know the children and the experience is personalised. The communication is great and it has a real small nursery feel where everyone knows your child’s name.

We feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful nursery with an amazing learning environment, both indoors and outdoors. Our little one settled in really quickly and is thriving there. The staff are warm, kind and helpful. The high standard of care and appropriate level of stimulation he receives each day gives us much comfort as parents. I'd highly recommend it!

N Family Twick West have been nothing but excellent for us and our son; he had a supportive and fun settling in period and now loves going into nursery. When we were looking for nurseries we had no idea what to expect as this is our first time, but we had a great feeling about N Family as soon as we walked in that we hadn't felt with other nurseries. For us as parents they have been very supportive and understanding of the transition and we have great confidence in knowing our son is in safe and happy hands. He has took some time at the beginning to get used to the change but all the staff (and especially his key worker) have been so kind and patient and reassuring over this period it's no wonder he now is so happy and settled there. It seems like a really lovely, caring and educational environment which we are more than happy for our son to be a part of.
