Support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities is good. Leaders ensure additional funding is used appropriately. Staff working with individual children use effective interventions together with advice from external professionals to help children progress towards their targets.

Outdoor space

Leaders ensure that staff organise rooms and the outdoor environment in ways that excite children. Outdoors, staff provide physical activities for children in the attractive garden. Children energetically pedal trikes, run, climb and jump. They develop their own imaginary play ideas and say, 'I'm making a pie for bugs', in the mud kitchen.

The staff has been incredibly welcoming, creating a warm and nurturing environment for the children. They have a remarkable way of connecting with the kids and building strong bonds with them, which is evident in how much my son loves being there. I am impressed with how informative and friendly the staff is, always keeping me updated on my son's progress and activities. Under their care, he has made significant progress in every aspect of his development, and I am grateful for the attention they've given him. It's bittersweet knowing that he'll soon be leaving. However, I can't help but feel reassured that they have prepared him exceptionally well for the next step in his transition to primary school. Thank you to the wonderful team at the nursery for making my son's time here truly special. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent seeking a loving and enriching environment for their child's early education!

We joined The Fledgelings day nursery last year. Out daughter has come along way with her learning and behaviour. The staff are always happy and friendly and let parents know of all the exciting things going on, plus all the important development of my child. She will be sad to leave, but my youngest son will be joining them.

Amazing nursery, have so much to give for the children. Wonderful setting, continue to bring new things in for the children to learn and our son’s development has gone so far with their help. They’re always introducing new learning like sign language. There’s also a wide range of different food and flavours for them to enjoy which is amazing.

Amazing nursery!!! Constantly clean and well maintained. Staff are knowledgable in early years and childcare. My son loved attending nursery and enjoyed it each and every day. Staff feedback was always clear and concise. Staff work hard and children are well looked after. If you are after halal food then this setting offers that. I would highly recommend a visit to this nursery.

My son attended the fledgelings day nursery and enjoyed the time spent there. He was always happy to go to the nursery. All carers are friendly and professional and caring for my child. Carers are giving support to learning needs, and it's very appreciably.
