Footsteps has been the best place for both of my sons the grow and thrive, the staff are friendly and hugely supportive throughout their time there. This includes my son with a SEN provision, the way they guided me through the process meant he was able to go to school with the right support to thrive. Each member of staff cares about the children and do their best to ensure every child is happy.
Read on GoogleAmazing staff, super friendly and so incredibly knowledgeable. They made my son and I feel very welcome and they keep us up to date with everything that has been going on. You feel at ease knowing they are taking such excellent care of your child. I can't rate this nursery enough! The nursery isn't too big either, which is great as the child gets more one on one time and more attention. Super important to us! Thank you Footsteps and especially to Anna. We love you. You go above and beyond for us. X
Read on GoogleVery happy with how both our boys have settled in at Footsteps. Staff are caring and friendly, and food and activities are varied. The nursery is flexible and communicative.
Read on GoogleUnbothered staff, my child was never happy to go there. He had an injury there and the staff instead of apologising tried to pin the injury on me even though i had to contact them multiple times to find out how it had happened.
