How they support every child
SEND provision
Support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities is superb. Knowledgeable staff quickly identify if children require additional help. Highly targeted support plans are put in place. Staff work closely with wider professionals and ensure that the child and family's voice is heard. This helps all children to achieve their full potential.
Outdoor space
Staff inspire curiosity and encourage children to consider how to carry out the experiment safely. For instance, they discover what happens to ice as it hits different surfaces outdoors. Children carry out effective risk assessments to ensure children's safety, both in the building and while on regular outings in the community.
EAL / language support
Children who speak English as an additional language quickly learn how to communicate with others. They make tremendous progress with their language skills.

Amazing nursery with great staff! Our daughter attended another nursery before, but she struggled to settle in. She started to go to Giggles a few months ago. The staff has been very patient and friendly, and their efforts paid off as my daughter loves to go to the nursery. She is learning new words everyday and is very excited to leave home in the morning to go to the nursery :)

I love Giggles. With my first baby I was a stay at home mum so I was a bit apprehensive and nervous about putting my second into nursery. However that all changed as soon as I had a look around and met the staff. The rooms are great, there’s different areas and activities with lots of things to do and keep them stimulated. Everyday there is some kind of sensory/messy play as well as an outdoor space, reading corner and sand pit. They have a chef who prepares all the meals and lots of healthy snacks in between, they send me pictures and updates on the app which is amazing, I enjoy receiving those so I can see what and how much he’s eaten/what he’s up to. Both my child and I have settled into nursery life really well and I upped my days after a couple of weeks as he was enjoying it and it’s really made him much more confident. My son absolutely loves the staff, Ellie, Chelsey & Billie are brilliant with him and I feel confident leaving my baby with them knowing he is safe, happy and very well taken care of. Thank you all so much!

Absolutely amazing nursery. Our child was here for just under a year in the baby room ( green room). All staff are caring and nurturing and we are sad to be leaving ( due to moving away). Wouldn't hesitate at putting him back at all. Highly recommend

We’ve had such a great experience with this nursery. The staff are caring, supportive, and clearly passionate about what they do. The activities are always fun and engaging, and communication with parents is excellent. It’s reassuring knowing she’s in such a safe and nurturing environment. We would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

it’s such a lovely environment and the staff are all great. All the children love it here and i’ve recommended this nursery to my family and friends and now their children go here and love it.
