How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) to access activities that help them to meet their next steps. The Manager, who is also the special educational needs coordinator (SENCO), has a good knowledge of how to support children with SEND. She provides staff with coaching, mentoring and support with planning, and works closely with the local authority inclusion team, external agencies, and parents.

Outdoor space

Staff plan activities that support children to develop their fine and gross motor skills, enabling children to enhance their skills. For example, children enjoy learning to ride tricycles, navigating space safely and waiting patiently to complete the obstacle course. Staff plan opportunities through the curriculum for children to explore the natural world; children enjoy watering plants and discussing the strawberries that are growing.

Staff there are lovely and continue to do an amazing job with my super clingy child. I thought he'd never settle in and I'd have to give up. The staff in baby room were so patient and their experience really shows. My son loves his key worker and the staff at global day care, he feels safe and happy when I leave him there. I've seen great progress and development in his early years learning. Thank you to everyone at Global Kids, you have an amazing team!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Global Kids Mile End! we feel a real sense of warmth and community here.The teachers are incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help. They’ve created such a nurturing environment where the children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn every day. It’s been wonderful to see how much my daughter has grown in confidence since starting here. The staff truly care about each child’s individual needs and make learning fun and engaging. Here are some positive reviews for Global kids daycare - 1. This daycare has been a blessing for our family. The staff is so loving and attentive, and my children comes home happy every day. 2. We were nervous about sending our little twins to daycare, but this center made the transition so smooth. The teachers are patient, the facility is clean and secure, and the daily updates (photos and notes) give us peace of mind. Our child has learned so much already! 3. The daycare is always spotless, well-organized, and filled with happy sounds of kids playing. The teachers celebrate each child’s milestones and keep parents involved. It’s clear they genuinely care about the kids! 4. Leaving your child with others is never easy, but this daycare makes it worry-free. The team is experienced, kind, and always goes the extra mile.

Our daughter has joined earlier this year in January and we absolutely love Global kids! As it has helped massively with her emotional and social progress. We love the fun activities they plan each day for the children. The updates on app throughout the day are something that comforts me as a mom. Especially in the initial days when my daughter was not fully settled, I could call them or message on the app to see how she’s doing. Rachel, Sadiya and rest of the staff were great with helping her settle in. Our daughter wakes up every morning and asks to go to nursery! We highly recommend Global Kids Mile End to other parents .

I couldn't be happier with the care and education my child receives at Global Kids Day Care Ltd Mile End. What stands out the most is how every child is treated with equal attention, kindness, and respect. The staff genuinely take the time to teach and nurture each child, and it shows-my little one has settled in so well and is always smiling when I come to pick her up.
