My daughter has been going there for 5 months now. She is in the baby room. So far, I'm really happy and comfortable with this nursery. They might come across a bit strict on certain aspects but in fact it makes me feel that my child is safe and well looked after. They are easy to communicate with and always happy to help (especialy Agatha and Evangelina). My older son went to other nurseries in the area and I was never so happy with any of those as much as I am with Helping Hands. I like the fact that they have a few experienced team members and that they cook food for the kids on site. They always great us with a smile and do lots if fun activities with the children. Since the weather has improved, they spend a lot of time outside which I find great. Personally, I recommend this nursery.

At first I thought my son was doing well here as he doesn't have any kids his age in our family I wanted him to be around other kids his age. His nappy wasn't changed unless I asked or would change him as I arrived after 3 hours he often has a sore bum from this as well as finding out from previous staff he was left on his own a lot to the point he was sick. I would not recommend this nursery avoid at all costs. My son is now at The Gateway Primary Free School and is doing amazing

NOT A GOOD NURSERY at all , my daughter spent less than 2 months there and I was worried from the beginning, my daughter had dietary needs and they ignored it and told me DAYS after the even. Started making sure I came much earlier than when she is meant to finish to find that she was still in the same nappy that she came in. Her vests smelt because she was left it wet nappies. They tried to make me sign a SEN referral for her because she was not talking which I KNOW she doesn’t need , my daughter was just not comfortable there at all , kept telling me she was eating certain stuff that I KNOW she doesn’t eat and won’t eat, I informed them at the beginning that I am actively potty training her which didn’t seem like they took on , ever since I have moved her to a different nursery , not only is she talking to the staff and excited to go into nursery but she is also potty trained and she has friends around her age instead of begin put with older kids like what Helping Hands did. My advice look for a different nursery

Highly highly highly recommended the nursery to parents!. Helping hands have taken care of both my babies helped them grow and develop into beautiful children, every single member of staff is an absolute pleasure, all so kind and caring towards children and parents. So much educational learning but done through interactive play and messy play, home cooked meals which are loved by the children,. As a parent who was scared to let her children leave her side at one point, this was the best place, never felt so welcome and comfortable. Massive thank you to all the staff!

My son been here for more than 1 year… I know that is a difficult boy and it is not eating well but this is not a big deal, i brig him at 8 feed and take him at 1 so it was ok… The problem was that i take him a lot of times with signs rash and last time he had a bit on his face … I ask the manager and she didn’t know nothing at that moment… My son has cows milk allergies and the director of the nursery give him yogurt ti eat… i take him wit solid napy… The only one who really take care of him was Agata , and i want to tank her for that!!
