About this day nursery

Little Angels Day Nurseries provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children from birth to five years old, focusing on learning through play. The nurseries aim to support families by offering flexible childcare that eases the tension between family and work commitments.

With an experienced and qualified team, all DBS-checked, they focus on delivering high-quality care and regularly monitoring each child's progress and development. The curriculum encompasses a broad spectrum of activities designed to boost children's physical, intellectual, emotional, and social skills, alongside language acquisition.

Both structured and free-play activities are incorporated to foster initiative and imagination. For the youngest children, dedicated baby units cater to those under two, providing comfortable and stimulating spaces with individual cots for rest.

As toddlers approach their second birthday, they are gently transitioned to integrate with older children to ensure a smooth progression. Additionally, the East Tilbury branch offers Breakfast and After School Clubs for children up to 11 years old, with staff providing escorted transfers to and from school.

What it's like

Children arrive happily and are eager to get involved in the activities on offer to them. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming and children have formed strong bonds with the staff, who they smile and laugh with during play. Children play well with each other and have formed friendships, being kind, considerate and polite to one another.

Pricing & funding

The nursery offers a variety of session lengths including full days, half days, school days, and shorter morning or afternoon blocks. Out-of-school care is also available via breakfast, after-school, and early start sessions, with additional hours charged separately.
