My son has been attending Holly trees since April, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience he's had. From day one, the staff have been welcoming, nurturing, and incredibly supportive—not just to him, but to us as parents too. It’s been amazing to watch how much he has grown in such a short time. His confidence has blossomed, his speech and social skills have developed beautifully. It’s clear that he feels safe, happy, and genuinely loved there—and as a parent, that’s all I could ever ask for. Thank you to the whole team at Holly trees for creating such a positive, enriching space. We feel so lucky to have found you! Stacey & Charlie

Sadly, we had a terrible experience at Holly Trees in Witham. Our children attended earlier this year, and things quickly went downhill after recent management changes. Communication became poor, concerns weren’t taken seriously, and the overall care just wasn’t what we expected or were promised. Our children became increasingly anxious and even scared to go into the setting something no parent should ever have to see. At that point, we thankfully found an alternative childcare provider who restored our peace of mind. While some of the room staff are genuinely lovely, unfortunately it’s not enough to make up for the wider issues. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this nursery.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Holly Trees Nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, professional, and communicate well with parents, which gives me peace of mind every day. The activities are thoughtfully planned, keeping the children engaged and constantly learning. Since attending, my son has grown so much in confidence, social skills, and overall learning. It’s been wonderful to see his progress, and I truly appreciate the nurturing environment provided by the team. I would highly recommend this nursery to all parents looking for a safe, supportive place for their little ones to learn and grow.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my son receives at Holly Trees. The staff – especially those in the baby rooms – have made what could have been a difficult transition (me returning to work and my son starting nursery) so seamless and thoughtful. The Tapestry updates give us a real window into his days, showing the wide variety of activities he enjoys, and I love the opportunities we get to join in, like the teddy bear picnics. Each morning he reaches for Kerstie and Sharron with a smile, and at the end of the day he’s just as happy coming back into my arms – and that’s all the reassurance I need. Thank you to the whole team ♥️

When picking a nursery I did my due diligence and went to look around a lot, to me all feeling the same and ticking the same boxes. We settled on Holly trees as the hours were best for us and I’m so glad we did. The staff were so good with my son from 3 months we trusted them with my daughter 2 years later. Holly in the baby room and maddie have supported my son develop and helped him become the toddler he is today. They have created a great relationship with him, and are now helping my daughter so much as well. I have felt comfortable trusting the staff with my kids from day one and have always been keep fully informed of their activities which is reassuring as well.
