Absolute appalling attitude from staff. Came to hopscotch just to drop a parcel off and the member of staff was sooo rude huffing and puffing, stomping her feet whilst saying "oh for God sake what do you want" then when I needed a otp she again was very rude saying what do you want me to do.. I don't care etc. as if I couldn't hear her behind the glass door... Do better considering this is supposed to be a day nursery.
