SEND provision

Staff use their detailed knowledge of children's unique family circumstances to focus support, helping all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), make good progress. Staff work in partnership with multi-agency professionals and parents to implement strategies to support children with SEND, ensuring plans are reviewed and updated frequently and children receive any additional resources they are entitled to.

Absolute appalling attitude from staff. Came to hopscotch just to drop a parcel off and the member of staff was sooo rude huffing and puffing, stomping her feet whilst saying "oh for God sake what do you want" then when I needed a otp she again was very rude saying what do you want me to do.. I don't care etc. as if I couldn't hear her behind the glass door... Do better considering this is supposed to be a day nursery.
