I would like to give special recognition to one of your employees, Dan. He consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism and genuine care when looking after the children. Whenever I bring my daughter to Nursery and she is reluctant to stay, Dan immediately steps in, no matter what he is doing to take her from me, comfort her, and help her settle. His calm and reassuring approach always makes a noticeable difference. Dan continually goes the extra mile. He often sends us a photo of our daughter engaged in an activity, showing that she is happy and settled, which provides us with great reassurance. His dedication, kindness, and commitment to the children truly stand out. Well done, Dan, please keep up the excellent work.

Tiny toes have done nothing but go above and beyond for my family since we enrolled. They have a wonderful space, rooms tailored to each child's developmental stage. They are prompt with their updates throughout the day and have detailed handovers. It really feels like everyone at the nursery knows my son well. One of the aspects of tiny toes I value most is how quickly and effectively they respond to concerns, and how highly they hold the standard of care they provide. Just today my sons secondary key worker went above and beyond hunting down his artwork I missed picking up from last month. All the staff communicate well with each other so even if rooms are combined I know my son is well taken care of. I was so worried as a first time mum but all the staff have been so patient and reassuring, thank you so much tiny toes :)

The staff of Koalas and Cubs deserve a 5 star. Molly always greets us with a smile. Aleisha always gives good and detailed handovers, updates us on the app all the time. Stephanie B is very nice and friendly, asks us how we are doing and always fills us up with details when I pick up my son. You can really see how sincere Stephanie cares for the kids. Overall, excellent rating for the Tiny Toes Koalas and Cubs team.

My daughter has just completed her first year at Tiny Toes and she has settled in so well thanks to all of the amazing staff who all work very hard! We love attending the events that are held at the nursery for our children and their families to enjoy and look forward to attending more in the future.
