She said all of our courses are online, i explained that i couldn't understand the website and needed more help but she was really rude and refused to help me at all

25/03/2024 16:35 The women described was the only one there on the desks at the time. Far left as you walk in. Reception team are absolutely disgusting. The lady that was on the desk everything about her was horrendous. Didnt catch her name. (Shoulder length hair with bangs wears glasses very heavy build) Middle-age to say in her 50s Was absolutely awful she made remarks which are unacceptable. I am appalled. I am sure it was racially motivated. Micro aggressions.

Really enjoyed my time here, the staff have been constantly supportive, inclusive and genuinely make you feel seen and appreciated. The trips are badly organized but everything else is absolutely top-notch and a brilliant place to learn.

My children suffered at this college bad bullying problems tutors didn’t work with the children and very complacent as for management I found them generally ignorant and not forthcoming or helpful at all from the time my children enrolled to the time they left. Very disappointed with the college.

I did my training here in Hairdressing with Anna Lockwood. At first I thought I would never fit in or pass but all thanks to Anna, Stacia and Sinead they’ve helped me and with building my confidence up. The Riverside Salon Tutors are really helpful though some people say they are strict for me it’s a way of Motivating and looking at it from there perspective like if we were working in a salon how to be professional and deal with individuals expecting you to create something that’s impossible. I would definitely recommend anyone at all here if you’re considering getting into Hairdressing, Barbering or beauty then this is the place you need to come and do your training!
