Read on GoogleMy daughter attends ILM nursery, the staff are polite and professional, I have always found the setting welcoming , family friendly with a variety of learning activities. Any concerns I have, are addressed immediately by management and I feel at ease leaving my child at the nursery. I would completely disagree with the previous review , if they have any concerns they can speak to the management.
Read on GoogleMy daughter has thrived in ILM nursery. The moment I stepped onto the door as a first time mom. I felt the support of management. Within the first two days I seen development in my daughter. The staff are amazing past and present. I traveled from Moseley to Lozells daily to get my daughter to nursery and I made the sacrifice to do this journey as I had faith and trust in the many individuals whom work in ILM. I have nothing but thanks and admiration for all the past and present teachers in the nursery because they have poured and poured into my daughter. They gave. Me security and I knew my daughter was safe each day. Well fed and happy. They showed her so much support and love. She has just finished nursery and she will truly miss them all as will I. They have supported me , listerned, understood and I always had great communication with all staff members. They were always only a phone call away. They were there for me and my daughter at a time when we needed them the most and beyond. Grateful is an understatement there are no words worthy enough of gratitude. Thank you Thank you Thank you
Read on GoogleWe first started using the nursery 6 years ago when it was at it's best, we chose this over all the one's we reviewed and visited (busy bees, ladybird, angel's, cherry orchid... to name a few). Being first time parents we wanted the best for our child. The place has had a lot of changes and I would agree with some of the comments it might have dipped a bit in the middle... But now our second child attends there and I have to say it's still pretty good. Staff are friendly and welcoming, the place is clean and hygienic, they are constant and diligent with all the COVID requirements, the management are great and have helped us out with all the information we needed. They have all (staff and management) been very responsive to our feedback and all our requests and demands. I honestly couldn't be happier. Our child has grown and developed so much more since joining there. They're always doing something different, making learning fun! This week our child helped and learned to bake a cake!!
Read on GoogleI've been sending my son here for the past 3 years and i must say their service has improved alot compared to what it was a year ago. The cleanliness has improved immensely, the communication with parents is great we get reports on our childs development as well as advice on how to encourage them to improve further. This was not the case 2 years ago, we would drop them off and pick them up and that was that! My son really enjoys is there he has a great bond with his key worker and the staff take the time to give us daily feedback as well any advice if we need it. They are very approachable. They have taken the time to carefully implement Covid-19 standard regs and hygiene has improved immensely. They are also very flexible in order to meet the needs of parents and this not common with alot of nurseries. Which is why this nursery works great for working parents.
