SEND provision

Staff are effective in engaging with other professionals when needed. They make referrals to speech and language therapists and signpost parents to support from other professionals. Staff implement recommended strategies to support children in the nursery. This ensures that all children, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, make progress in relation to their individual starting points.

Outdoor space

The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning.

We couldn’t be happier with Imperial Day Nursery. Our daughter has been attending for over a year now, and she truly loves it there, which says everything. The staff are consistently friendly, caring, and approachable, and they create a warm and nurturing environment every day. The facilities are excellent, and it is incredibly reassuring to know she is in such capable and kind hands. We are very grateful for everything the team does and would not hesitate to recommend Imperial Day Nursery to any parent looking for outstanding childcare.

Fantastic Nursery and Pre School. The care the staff give the children is second to none. Special menu’s every week with home cooked food. Daughter was here from 10 months until she left for reception. Everything was explained from the start and have recommended to friends who now send their children who also love it.

Although I thought this nursery was lovely, the attitude I received after wasn't very nice. My first child and with this new government funding nothing was explained beforehand about not having term time only funding and when I realised the cost a month was too costly, the staff was rude and wasn't very helpful and come across rather snooty about my situation. I don't think it's really respectful to treat people like this, because you never know what people's circumstances are!
