The nursery encourages curiosity and active participation, with children making good use of accessible resources and engaging in conversations with staff during activities. The key-person system is effectively implemented to ensure that each child's individual needs, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), are met.
While the nursery excels in many areas, including fostering independence skills such as handwashing and self-feeding, there is a recognised area for development in promoting opportunities for children who speak English as an additional language to use their home language within the setting. Parents consistently praise Jelly Tots, describing it as "vital and valuable to the community" and highlighting the "amazing job with their children" and the "best support for the family" they receive.
