My son is always happy to go to nursery, which is all that matters at the end of the day. He gets all the support he needs and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I can only be thankful, especially to Sophie, my son’s favorite. ❤️

Let me start by saying I don’t look for discrimination where there is none, I am a free minded person. If I could give this nursery less than 1 star I would.. Back In August, I applied to this nursery, first off it took me calling twice before they could even book us in for stay and play. The manager Sophie seemed like a nice person really, however the assistant manager (don’t know her name) is the opposite. On the day of the stay and play I had to wake my son up from a short nap so he was still a bit sleepy and was quiet. I explained to the assistant manager that he is a playful child. He’s just still not himself from waking him abruptly. I also explained he’s speech delayed and the purpose of us enrolling him is so that can help his social interaction and speech. She then took us in onto a separate room and said “we don’t discriminate” but we would need to consult with our internal sends team before we can take him. Honestly as soon as she said this, I knew deep down we were about to experience the worst discrimination ever but still gave her benefit of doubt. So we went home and waited for her feedback. Mind you, we had just moved to the area, pottage team and SLT team were on my neck asking for his nursery place. I called almost everyday(for 2 weeks)and was told they are still waiting to hear back and that the assistant manager will ring me back. Still waiting for that call in November 🙁 At the end of week 2, I knew I was being messed about so, I applied to another nursery down the road and have had a very lovely experience with them so far, my son is thriving, staff are top-notch Now my anger isn’t the fact that my son wasn’t accepted, it is the fact that I wasn’t seen important enough to be dignified with a response. My son had to miss out on over 3 weeks of Nursery cos I was waiting and hoping he would start here. Meanwhile it took just 3 days for his application to be finalized in his current Nursery and I was kept informed all the way Till now, I haven’t received any response or even an apology from them. Bottom line is they are not dependable

100% An unsafe place. My 2-year-old son goes to this place once a week, on Mondays. My ex registered him, so the employees didn't know me. Today I simply went there, saying I was looking for a space for a child, and it would be private. Unfortunately, it was easy to get into this place, without any questions or identification required on the beginning before enter de location. At the end of the visit (they offered to show me around), they remembered to ask for my name and information. If I were a bad person with bad intentions, this place would be the easiest place to get into. THEY SHOULD IMPROVE THE SECURITY, YOUR CHILDREN ARE NOT SAFE there. WHOS ALLOW SOMEONE WITHOUT ANY IDENTIFICATION TO HAVE FULL ACCESS TO SMALL CHILDS? Any “wrong” information related to this, PLEASE REQUEST THE CCTV imagens between 29-07-2024 between 14:30pm until 15:20pm.
