Inclusion & environment
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the nursery continued to operate and kept contact with families. The nursery put support in place for any children with early identified additional needs, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. This has helped children to make very good progress and to be ready for the next stage in their learning.
Staff describe and discuss the natural items they have collected in the garden. This helps children to develop their vocabulary and speaking skills.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly couldn’t be happier with this nursery. The staff are all so friendly and go above and beyond for my daughter. I have been so happy with every room she has been in, and the office staff are always super helpful! They always make such a fuss for birthdays and occasions and make cards for both the children’s birthdays and any family members! It was my daughter’s birthday on Sunday and they made her a cake and all sang to her, which was just lovely! She has come on in leaps and bounds since starting here, which I truly believe is down to the care and teaching she receives. Her key worker, Eesha, is amazing - so caring and attentive. I often receive selfies of them both smiling, which is exactly what you want to see as a parent. Couldn’t recommend this nursery enough! Thank you so much!💛
Read on GoogleMy son attended this nursery and overall we had a very positive experience. The staff were great – friendly, caring and genuinely interested in the children’s development. There was a good variety of stimulating activities and well-organised trips, which my son really enjoyed. We always felt he was kept engaged and encouraged to learn and explore.
Read on GoogleLike every mother, I was initially nervous, but the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff in the baby room were exceptional. RJH has grown tremendously, and his confidence and abilities as a 15-month-old are impressive. I really appreciate the fun and educational activities they have at the nursery, and the daily updates ensure that I don't miss out on anything. The management team is excellent and responds quickly to my emails or even during a quick chat.Alice
Read on GoogleMy kids started here in 2017 and my last left 2023. Overall I found this place fantastic!! Helpful team and management. Friendly, warm and invested staff. Yes there was bumps on the way, but nothing major and always addressed straight off by management. Overall approachable. It was like home from home for my kids. They loved it. Great activities, great food, good structure and encouragement. Building confidence along the way. I couldn't have worked without them and my kids were happy there. That's a huge burden lifted leaving your little ones to go to work. That they are safe and happy. Thank you KPHB!! It's been great. Xx
Read on GoogleOur experience hasn’t been good- we removed our toddler due to questionable practices to do with his own safety and this nursery policies. They also breached data protection with us
