The nursery places a strong emphasis on outdoor learning, investing in natural outdoor areas that evolve with the seasons. A standout feature is their dedicated Pre-School Forest School in Prestwich, spanning a quarter of an acre and equipped with cosy cabins, a forest, a fire pit, and even chickens, offering an exceptional outdoor educational environment.

As part of Social Adventures, a health and wellbeing organisation, Kids Adventures ensures that any surplus generated is reinvested directly into the nurseries and the wider community, aligning with their mission to promote healthier and happier lives.

What it's like

Staff foster a natural environment where children explore and develop confidence in leading their own play, with an atmosphere buzzing with excitement. They build trusting relationships, are highly attuned to individual needs, and provide reassurance, making children feel emotionally secure. Staff are positive role models, encouraging kindness, respect, and good manners, which children emulate by listening to instructions and collaborating.

Pricing & funding

Fees are billed monthly on the first of each month, and a deposit is required to secure a child's place. Funded sessions are offered at set times and are subject to a daily supplement fee to cover meals, consumables, and forest school. Additional hours can be purchased to top up funded sessions.
