We moved our daughter from another nursery after a poor experience; moving her to this Kids Planet has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for her. The staff are wonderful, the management is excellent and the general feeling you get on drop off and pick up is always really positive. Our daughter is always really happy to be dropped off and knows the staff really well. Her development has been really strong and we feel really comfortable leaving her there. We could not be happier with the nursery, I would genuinely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a safe, caring and warm place for their kid to go.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS NURSERY!! We did. For 2 years. And all seemed great. But then we found out what goes on when the parents have left the building. What the culture is really like. The lax approach to safeguarding. The true nature of some of the staff, who all seem so lovely and friendly on drop-off and pick-up. It's not an environment you want to put your babies and toddlers in. The Nursery Manager is great at putting on a front for parents - but the reality is rather different. Don't ask her about the staff WhatsApp chat called "Team HWB". And definitely not about her contributions to it on 2 May 2025. We pulled our children out; and the immediate developmental leap in our daughter once out of Kids Planet was staggering. It makes us very guilty as parents that we didn't spot all the (now obvious) red flags. There are lots of really great nurseries in West Bridgford. This isn't one of them. (and if you think it is... you seriously need to see this WhatsApp chat) Learn from our mistake. Don't waste your money, and more importantly your child's crucial early years, on Kids Planet. Our little one has attended the nursery for the last 2 years the level of care and development he receives is exceptional . I’d encourage anyone who wants a quality nursery to ignore the reviews clearly written by the disgruntled partner of an ex employee and not the parent of a child . My partner has done team activities with the staff from the nursery and finds them to be a lovely cohesive team of care givers
