Inclusion & environment
The setting works with parents and the local authority to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Staff use visual routines to support children to understand what happens next, and a dedicated sensory area allows children a quiet space if they feel overwhelmed.
Children enjoy exploring the outside garden space. However, in the pre-school room, the transition between play inside and out can be chaotic, leading to children waiting for long periods and becoming bored.
My daughter loved her nursery and teachers. She was well taken care and always comes back home with a lot of exciting stuff to tell about what she did through out her day. Friendly staff , responds to queries generally within a day. Food menu is also planned well and introduce all variety of food. I like the fact kids are encouraged to have outdoor time in the garden whenever possible. Keep it up , and my daughter will definitely miss some of her teachers a lot , Specially Harriet , Sophia and Libby ❤️❣️❣️
Read on GoogleBoth of our children have attended Sunnyfields from the age of two and both of them love it. The staff are kind and you can see the genuine love they have for the children. The range of activities they do is fantastic and the kids seem to come home every week singing a new song or having learnt something new. Communication is good, they are accommodating to requests, the hot food is varied and healthy. We’ve always been happy with Sunnyfields!
Read on GoogleMy daughters have loved their time at Kindred Orpington and have especially enjoyed being looked after by Sophie, Libby & Sophia who are firm favourites and so caring and invested in the children. George and Sophie are fantastic managers and lead a great team. I would recommend Kindred Orpington to anyone.
Read on GoogleMy daughter has been attending sunnyfields since she was under 1years old. We then moved areas to which we brought her to the Orpington branch! They are very accommodating and all staff go above and beyond for my daughter and our needs. My daughter loves going to nursery and has great bonds with all the staff and loves her key worker. She leaves to go to school this year and they have got her extremely ready recognising numbers, letters, writing her full name etc. We will be sad to say goodbye in September! Couldn’t recommend sunnyfields anymore
Read on GoogleOur daughter attends Sunnyfields 4 days a week and absolutely loves it. They have great activities and planning, and a wonderful outdoor space for the children to enjoy. They also offer babysitting services as well which can be super helpful.
