We are very happy with the care, attention and affection given to my daughter. The education, guidance and everything she is learning at just 2 years old truly makes us proud. I would gladly recommend this nursery to many families and friends, as it gives us great peace of mind and confidence thanks to each member of staff. Thank you very much for everything! ❤️
Read on GoogleOur son has been attending this nursery since he was 9 months old, and over two years later, we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, he has loved coming here and it’s been wonderful to see how well he is cared for every day. The staff are truly fantastic – warm, professional, and attentive – and it’s clear they genuinely care about the children. Stacey and Kaylie, in particular, have been especially lovely and supportive, and we really appreciate all the effort they put into making the environment nurturing and fun. The management team is also excellent, always approachable and responsive. We are so grateful for the positive role this nursery has played in our son’s early years and would wholeheartedly recommend it to other families.
Read on GoogleEverywhere else was expensive, of course they new that and used it to their advantage. My son was repeatedly not changed through the whole day until pick up time. They put nappy rash cream to cover their negligence. I've picked him up more then once and purposely the white chubby daycare passed him over without changing him. She also shoved me a mini book and told me to pay for it stating my son tore it. When I asked her the price she said to look it up online, I'm sure you can find it. Since he attend in Augest we've been told his hardly eating lunch and when asked what action they are taking they where clueless. This is from Baby room to toddler. When my son got diagnosed for low iron and physicians where made aware that he doesn't eat in day care that's when they panicked and started putting a plan in place and asking our support (in November), Negligence again. The daycare manager heild a progression meeting which was beyond unprofessional as she tried to accused my son of having disability at the age of 1. She upset me so much that I left crying and sitting with stranger who do not care about the wellbeing or safty of my son. She also failed to inform us that he does not sit with other toddler and this is ongoing and again no plan was put in place to support him. I've also heard staff complaining about me while I waited for pick up as there staff room wall are hollow. Everything can be heard, so confidentialitypretty much out the door. My son had repeated sick due to no new infection control policey being put in place until February. Staff where on duty while sick and children where allowed to attend despite having ill health. They had repeated tried to diagnose my son with rash and quite obviously conveyed they have no training in physical or mental health of young attendees. The staffs are the mostly shown bullying and rude manner and should not have been put in the pedistall to bully parents and neglect black, enthnic minority young attendees with continues use of neglegents. The manager should be ashamed of poor managment and the fact she runs the company for money not because she wants to raise a safe and protective community.
Read on GoogleKingswood Day Nursery is absolutely amazing. From the moment we joined, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and incredibly caring. You can feel how much love and dedication they pour into everything they do. My toddler has grown in confidence, development and happiness since starting there, and it is such a joy to see. They have been spectacular with my son—so patient, nurturing, and full of energy. They really understand how to support him through these important early stages, from encouraging his speech and social skills to helping him feel secure and confident in his daily routine. He’s always excited to go in and comes home with the biggest smile, which says it all. The nursery creates a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where every child is treated with kindness and respect. The staff truly take the time to get to know each child and support them in the best way possible. It is clear they are passionate about what they do, and it makes such a difference. I honestly could not ask for a better place for my little one. Kingswood is a place full of heart. Thank you to all the teachers and the management for helping my lil boy grow
