Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection
parents say the manager and staff are very approachable, friendly and accommodating. They comment that the nursery provides a home-from-home and an extremely warm and supportive environment.
Inclusion & environment
Staff plan detailed support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. They have a deep understanding of the importance of working with other professionals in education and health, in order to develop a consistent approach to support for children's learning.
Staff plan excellent opportunities for children's physical development. For example, they model to children the different ways using of hoops with their hands. Staff support children to jump between stepping stones in the nursery's large and enclosed garden. They challenge children to try jumping with the stepping stones further apart.
From getting shown around the nursery to my child attending it has been amazing. Staff are super welcoming & friendly. They genuinely show the children their love and upmost care. My daughter is only 17 months old but she can't wait to be welcomed at the door by Kylie! This is a massive relief as leaving your child at any age is awful but seeing the happiness when she gets to the door just shows everything. Julie makes sure the children's tummies are full with nutritious foods & I love how they make so many different options of food too! Staff update the family app daily with pictures, activities your child has taken part in, when your child naps & nappy changes too. Which is brilliant. They're amazing with the creativity the children do & are super thoughtful when it's special events, they really do go all out to give the best experience you could ever want for your child. I'm sad I never knew about this nursery sooner for my older children! Thank you ladybirds ❤️
