Monday to Friday, for 51 weeks of the year, closing for bank holidays and at Christmas. Sessions are from 7.30am to 6pm.

All I hear is bad reviews and I regret sending my son to this Nursery it has affected his confidence and ability to be left at other care givers because he is afraid. They forced him out of nappies when he wasn’t ready. He used to beg me not to take him there. When I decided to take my son out of this hell hole I was billed for more than a year of childcare and threatened with bailiffs. I became so stressed I had to ask another family member to deal with them on my behalf. They do not angle personal data safely I have had staff take my mobile number and text me from a password protected computer (according to manager) I have had bills with personal data given to me for other parents by mistake. Everytime I drive past this Nursery my son almost reduced to tears saying please don’t leave me at Nursery today. Every child and parent I know has taken their child out of here and you only need to read the reviews to see why, I wish I saw the reviews first. My son is now much happier and has made some really nice friends at the Nursery who we now keep in contact with. But the staff will not watch your children or greet them at the door they will sit and gossip about management in front of you, and leave the children with poo in their nappies and food and snot on their faces. It’s upsetting to think this place is still in operation. The manager of the nursery is a lying conniving fraudulent narcissist.

This a fantastic Nursery. My daughter previously attended another nursery which wasn't the right fit and we felt her needs were not been met sufficiently. Since attending here we can see her speech and confidence have both grown considerably in that time. She has made a lot of friends and has a good relationship with the teachers who I can't thank enough for all their dedication and support through these last few months.

Nursery is disgusting they do not send you invoices on a monthly basis I've only ever received one. The staff kissed my child on the mouth and all they did was move the staff to a different branch. This is kingstanding one it's disgusting. They take your money and lie about refurbishment. I've had several prank calls from them making threats to me. They charged me for a year and sent it to debt collectors after I checked I never owe them that amount. I've had to change my details because of the continous threats. I wouldn't recommend them. My child has been sent home with other children's nappies after providing my own. Do not send your kids there they are doing fraud. Every time i paid cash they never provided receipts after cash payments. And a member of staff stole money and lied to say they never received payments.

I don't know about gravelly hill but the Kingstanding site is Diabolical!, dirty carpets, old toys, cobwebs, dirty walls! Its funny that people that previously worked there or did placements have spoke negatively about the inside running of the nursery and their reviews are on Facebook!! Not one positive comment! They do not keep accurate records of payment and sent my details to a debt collector they also pushed up the fee without informing parents and later claimed they did! What for?! I do not know as the nursery is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY, oftentimes the staff to child ration was ILLEGAL! and as a result I left, they also sent me to a debt collector for the cost of the full year my child attended when I paid the majority and was behind by 1/5 as my daughter was in on odd days, in the entire time she attended I NEVER ONCE received an invoice and when they where calling for money I was harassed beyond belief by the manager to the point where I went into labour early, they are fraudulent con artists and the only reason I stayed so long was because one employee called Laura who has now left, was superb with my daughter. I didn't mind anything else as she was incredible. They do not give regular reviews, updates or invoices and when my child's mentor/key worker left she was not replaced. There was no evidence presented to me that my child was being taught in accordance with EYFS, no music man, same old displays. No update or progress report until I requested it! Kids where always snotty & catching colds, now I know why!!

My child currently goes to this nursery and has been there for about a year. My child's confidence has grown massively. My child's eating has come on massively. Has made loads of friends. My child loves the girls who work there and they love my child. I'm so glad my child comes here. Was the right decision. I get a monthly invoice. Any problems I know I can always ask the girls and I know they'll do their best to help me.
