Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection
Parents speak highly of the nursery and the staff. They comment how appreciative they are of the constant support that is on offer from the 'wonderful' team.
Parents particularly appreciate how the nursery shares their children's developmental milestones and allows them to take home the 'Daisy Bear' and use the lending library.
Inclusion & environment
The staff work closely with other professionals to ensure that children receive the right support at the right time. This supports all children to make good progress in their development.
Children are offered support from staff to jump from different heights, and develop good physical skills as they walk, climb and balance.
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for the warm welcome and support my child has received since joining the Regent nursery. Coming from India, adjusting to a new environment can be challenging, but the staff's kindness and patience have made a significant difference. The nursery environment is clean, safe, and engaging, and my child seems to be thriving. The staff's efforts to help my child settle in and make friends have not gone unnoticed.
Read on GoogleMy son joined when he was 4 months old and Regent Nursery have been great! My son enjoys going to school and has made many new friends. Staff are always there to listen to our needs and wishes for my son. Would highly recommend Regent Nursery.

Read on GoogleThe carers are doing amazing Job, so supportive and kind. They are always cheerful
Read on GoogleOne of the rudest person i have ever come across is Jacqueline, the nursery manager. All I wanted to do was ask about space for my infant when I called. I politely asked when can we come to see the nursery? She got very upset and irate. I would request that management to listen to phone recordings if they may have, and send your nursery manager for behaviour development course. To all the parents, in my opinion, you should give it some thought before sending your kids to this day care, as to the manners you want to instil in your kids.
