Staff are described as kind, caring, and responsive, fostering a secure and inclusive atmosphere where children feel comfortable to explore and learn. Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff monitor children's progress well and identify where they may need additional support. They work closely with parents and other professionals where needed, to close the gaps in children's learning. Therefore, all children, including those who have special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), make good progress from their starting points. Staff also use a range of support strategies, to help children develop their language skills, including those with SEND.

Outdoor space

Children enjoy being outdoors in the nursery garden, making the most of opportunities to exercise and develop large-muscle movements like climbing and playing ball games. However, staff lack a clear focus for children's learning outdoors, limiting the potential benefits of this play.

My 3‑year‑old son has been attending Little Leaf Nursery and I am really impressed with how well he is developing and growing in confidence. The staff are very caring, professional and always make him feel safe and happy when I drop him off in the morning. He is talking more and often surprises us at home with new things he has learned at nursery. I am very grateful to the whole team and look forward to seeing him develop even more new skills. I would highly recommend Little Leaf Nursery to other parents.

Our journey with Little Leaf Nursery has been fantastic! My son started attending when he was just 1 year old, and now at 4, I couldn't be happier with his experience. The staff are truly amazing—dedicated, caring, and always eager to support each child’s development. They create a warm and nurturing environment that makes it easy for kids to learn and grow. The activities are engaging and age-appropriate, fostering creativity and social skills. I’ve seen my son blossom into a confident little boy thanks to the wonderful experiences he has had here. I highly recommend Little Leaf Nursery to anyone looking for a nurturing and enriching environment for their child!

This is an edited review — I had already shared a positive experience earlier, but honestly, the team at Little Leaf deserves even more recognition. Over the past years, we've seen such a remarkable transformation in our son. His speech, confidence, and social skills have all grown beautifully, and it’s clear that the environment and care provided here played a big role in that. A special thank you to Stan, Veronika, and Janet — your kindness, patience, and dedication have meant so much to us. And to the entire team of teachers, thank you for creating such a warm, nurturing, and engaging space for the children. We feel so lucky that Ayaansh got to be part of the Little Leaf family. Thank you once again for everything — you truly go above and beyond.
