30pm, Monday to Friday. Children at this pre-school take strong ownership of their learning, thriving on an interesting and ambitious curriculum where they make choices about how and what they learn.

The pre-school prioritises children's well-being, with a responsive key-person system and quiet spaces for calm time. The curriculum is designed to build on children's skills over time, supporting them to become confident learners who engage in sustained and rich play.

The leadership team is highly reflective and continuously strives for excellence, ensuring staff are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills. Provision for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities is superb; staff effectively use picture cards to help children express themselves.

Furthermore, children have regular opportunities to visit the local park, supporting their gross-motor skills and risk management. Parents are highly satisfied with the support they receive, including strategies for promoting positive behaviour and potty training.

How they support every child

SEND provision

Provision for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities is superb. When children are learning to speak, staff encourage them to use picture cards to express what they would like to do and to ask for help.

Outdoor space

Adults ensure that children have regular opportunities to visit the local park so that they can go on 'bear hunts' or explore the larger outdoor space. This supports them to develop their gross-motor skills and to navigate uneven terrain, helping them to manage risk. Staff make sure that the indoor and outdoor environment is safe and regularly risk assessed for any hazards.

Absolutely amazing nursery & staff, all welcoming and accommodating. I’ve had three children attend here and can honestly say both staff and Pam have gone above and beyond. Highly recommend 🩷
