Leaders and staff work closely with parents and other professionals to put in place plans to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, helping them to make the best possible progress.

Outdoor space

Children dive into learning in forest school, exploring and developing a healthy awareness of risk as they learn about their own capabilities and overcome challenges. Staff masterfully teach children how to use tools safely when hammering nails into wood. Children thoroughly enjoy their learning in forest school.

Such a lovely childcare setting, very happy we chose little Lodge. All staff are very kind & nurturing, communicate well & feedback each day. Very supportive through changes (such as potty training) & staff really do seem to care about the childre. I love that they're are always offering more than the standard, every day is diferent and fun! My daughter loves the weekly PE, yoga & Ballet lessons and walks to the local forest to explore.

Cannot fault Little Lodge at all. My boys absolutely love it here! The academic side is just incredible, updated on the Famly app with a new curriculum every term. My youngest has learnt to use some sign language which I think is incredible! PE lessons are great, having special members of staff come in to do ballet, football, rugby and so much more the children love it. The newly built Forrest school is a favourite with my youngest. Getting stuck into the outdoors is something I love my children to be doing. Being able to request the odd extra day here and there if needed is an added bonus. The staff are just fantastic! The bonds they have created with my two is so lovely to see! Overall my boys have come on leaps and bounds at Little Lodge and I will be very sad when it’s their time to leave.

We've had our little girl at Little Lodge Brandsford for over six months now, having started her quite young and we've been so happy with how she has thrived and made connections with lots of the staff as well as how much they connect with her too. The amount of care and genuine connection the staff have with her is such a reassurance when she spends time at the nursery. They've supported us through weaning, allergies and changing sleep schedules and generally worked with us for her tailored care. Thanks to all the staff at Little Lodge with special thanks to Felicity for always bringing so much fun and encouragement.

My daughter has been going to Little Lodge nursery for 6 months now and she absolutely loves going there. The girls that work there are so lovely and friendly and made my daughter feel settled within weeks. There’s always events and fun activities, they really go above and beyond to make sure the kids are having the best time and the facilities are great. Couldn’t recommend this nursery enough

My little girl loves going to Little Lodge and the improvements from the full renovation are outstanding and all the new staff are fantastic! They were particularly fab at helping with potty training!
