Overcrowded, far too small rooms for children to sing and dance, they are like sardines without movement which is very frustrating for new children. Floor is concrit without any warm layer, so cold in cold months. Staff is not attentive, the key worker was changed 3 times in a short time. I think only care about money but not children.
