Inclusion & environment
Staff have a clear oversight for the needs of children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. They have regular meetings to ensure any changes in children's educational plans are well known and develop partnerships with parents and professionals, such as physiotherapists and speech and language professionals, to provide an effective shared approach to learning and care.
Babies climb and balance with delight as they explore the exciting outdoor play space, with nurturing staff supporting them. Young children also gain physical confidence using a small slide. Children run, jump and skip in the garden, and use large-muscle movements to construct obstacle courses with planks and tyres.
