Inclusion & environment
Overall, staff know children well and recognise when they might benefit from additional support. However, at times, staff do not share information effectively with each other about how to meet their key children's individual learning needs.
Children are not allowed to be outside due to work being done to update the garden. This impacts on children's ability to access fresh air. Furthermore, children are not able to access the garden, which impacts on their ability to access fresh air and further promote their development.
Great family run nursery, all the team are extremely attentive to the children's needs. The food is better then any nursery our children have been too. Many thanks to all the team, your hard work does not go unnoticed.
Read on GoogleI was not happy with the service . Staff let my child play in the garden without head protection and with fever in winter time they let him go outside without my permission as I told them he was very sick and had medication and was not allowed to go outside- they refused. In the consequences my child was ill for 4-5 months and was on strong antibiotics and was off most of the time. The staff never told me about preschool graduation day and I was very dissapointed as was important day for me and my child. Private nursery but expensive and the service is very poor ,no support for single mothers.
