The staff are fantastic, and my child loved the teachers, key workers, and friends. I always felt confident in their care. Unfortunately, my experience was tainted by the one of the managers. The manager was unprofessional, dismissive when I raised concerns, and often made inappropriate personal comments — including remarks about my pregnancy weight and even telling my child’s father to talk to me about losing weight after birth. She tried to bully me into making a decision I explicitly said on multiple occasions that I was not interested in doing. And I felt like I was treated differently once we had reduced our child’s hours when they were previously enrolled full time. It’s a real shame, because the nursery itself has so much potential, but one person’s behaviour has completely ruined my experience.
Read on GoogleOur two children attended Lullaby's for a number of years and they both loved it, it really set them up well in life. Staff are caring and compassionate & it's really well run. Recommend
Read on GoogleOur son has been at Lullaby's from age one until starting school and he has absolutely loved it. I've always felt so reassured by the staff and confident that they were looking after him really well. Thank you Lullaby's team for all that you do.
Read on GoogleLullaby’s is an excellent nursery and we are really happy with our child’s and our experience there. They have been like extended family throughout my child’s just over 2 years there. I know that my child is getting excellent care, excellent education and having a brilliant time at nursery. Often he doesn’t want to leave! He loves to share in the things he does at nursery with us and also share with nursery the things we do at home. He has made great relationships with other children and the staff there. My child did really well in his 2 year health visitor check which I know is a combination of his home and nursery education. The approach the staff take to teaching my child puts him, his interests and his feelings at the centre of their approach. For example, potty training has been done in the setting at his speed, taking into account how the process will make him feel. I felt incredibly supported and advised through this process too. Without the strong relationship that we have as parents with the staff at Lullaby's I know that our child wouldn’t be doing as well as he is and we wouldn’t feel as happy and comfortable leaving him there all day every day of the weeks. I know that we and other parents are reluctant to leave the area as a result of the brilliant experience we have as parents of children at Lullaby's.
Read on GoogleWe have had both our boys go to this nursery - one from 9 months old full time & then our youngest one just joined a few weeks before his 1st birthday. My eldest has grown into such a confident & articulate young boy who is caring and considerate of others & I give credit to this wonderful nursery! The staff are great - Joe in particular, so caring and nurturing and have a clear passion for helping children to learn and grow. We love this nursery & feel so lucky that we found it. Thank you Lullaby’s!
