Inclusion & environment
Leaders have a good overview to quickly identify any gaps in children's development and ensure that children receive the help they need to catch up with their peers. Staff use their observations well to identify what children can already do and what they need to focus on next, for example, helping children learning English as an additional language gain confidence in speaking.
Children have daily opportunities to be outdoors and enjoy exercise.
