Outdoor space

Children thoroughly enjoy outside play. They use paintbrushes and water to make marks on the wall of the outside 'art gallery'. They engage in conversation with staff as they pour water from one container to another and begin to learn about size and capacity.

EAL / language support

Children who are learning to speak English as an additional language are very well supported. Staff learn and use key words in children's home languages, which helps them to feel valued and included.

My daughter has been attending since she was 1 and it’s the most amazing place. The staff are incredible, caring, supportive and proactive on keeping us as parents involved and informed on the day. My daughter has learnt so much and continues to progress each week, she has fun and the best little friends group because of her attendance.

I will never forget the day the manager held my 4 year old by his hands and forced him out of the nursery, he was crying that he didn’t want to go home. Another staff member was stood there like nothing was happing and it’s acceptable. I can go on and on but I will never recommend mama bear nursery bridgwater. If your child has needs, they don’t bother filling in the paperwork and they can’t be held accountable since it’s a private company. Saddest part, my son Loved the nursery, the set up and outdoor space but the staff… I weep anytime i have the flashbacks of my son being held by his hands and being thrown out. I’ll never forgive them and would hate to see any child go through that.

I have so much to be thankful for.. Mama Bear's is the happiest place. The most wonderful people working here to form the lives of our little ones and give them the best possible start in life . My daughter and i are blessed beyond measure!

The staff are incredibly kind , well trained and knowledgeable . My little one ( 18m) learnt so much already and it has only been 2 weeks since she is attending the nursery!! The best decision we have ever made. ❤️

This Nursery is absolutely incredible, the staff are all so lovely and caring, they all know my little boys name and are genuinely so kind, patient and lovely towards us. My little one has learnt so much from starting here just 3 months ago and really enjoys going. This is such a lovely Nursery and one I will always go back to!
