My daughter has been attending since she was 1 and it’s the most amazing place. The staff are incredible, caring, supportive and proactive on keeping us as parents involved and informed on the day. My daughter has learnt so much and continues to progress each week, she has fun and the best little friends group because of her attendance.
Read on GoogleI will never forget the day the manager held my 4 year old by his hands and forced him out of the nursery, he was crying that he didn’t want to go home. Another staff member was stood there like nothing was happing and it’s acceptable. I can go on and on but I will never recommend mama bear nursery bridgwater. If your child has needs, they don’t bother filling in the paperwork and they can’t be held accountable since it’s a private company. Saddest part, my son Loved the nursery, the set up and outdoor space but the staff… I weep anytime i have the flashbacks of my son being held by his hands and being thrown out. I’ll never forgive them and would hate to see any child go through that.
