The dedicated team of 12 childcare staff, with 11 holding level 3 or above qualifications, ensures that children receive personalised care and education. The pre-school excels in fostering independence, perseverance, and communication skills, with children confidently engaging in back-and-forth conversations and demonstrating a strong love of reading.
Special attention is given to children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), who receive robust support from early identification through to bespoke care and education. The setting places a high priority on safeguarding, with staff well-versed in their roles and responsibilities to protect children.
Although already providing a good quality of education, a continuous focus on strengthening staff training and mentoring aims to raise the educational quality even further.

Inclusion & environment
Children with SEND are particularly well supported. Robust procedures for early identification help to ensure that children receive additional support at the earliest opportunity. Staff work tirelessly to provide bespoke, inclusive care and education for children with SEND. This helps children to make good progress from their individual starting points and prepares them for future learning.
