Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff quickly recognise if children need any additional support. Staff work with parents to create targeted plans so that there is continuity between home and the nursery. As a result, all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), make good progress.

Outdoor space

Children benefit from time spent outside. They explore the outdoor play spaces with confidence and independence. They develop physical agility as they run, balance on tyres and jump off them safely and with confidence. Older children use wheeled toys and bicycles competently. They have great fun playing hide and seek and 'What's the time, Mr Wolf?' together.

My little one has been attending since he was 11 months. As any parent I was very anxious however the staff particularly in the baby room have been so accommodating. We are always welcomed with a smile and staff are very attentive as well as responsive to my sons needs. I can not emphasise how the nursery pride themselves in delivering play to a very high standard as well as encouraging speech and vocabulary tailored to the needs of the children attending - in which children as young as 11 months are thriving!

Minibugs has always been one of my daughters favourites place. She constantly runs into the room, full of joy and can't wait to start her day. They're always understanding of her allergies and dietary requirements and the chef makes the best meals for her. The staff are always so lovely and welcoming and supportive. Especially Darby who always greets everyone with a big smile! We love Minibugs and can't thank them enough for all they've done for us

Great nursery. Staff are really attentive and great with my 10 month old who attends part time. The baby room is also set up really nice and theres a nice outdoor play area. Easy to park too which is convenient on the early morning rush! Highly recommended.

Staff are always bubbly and happy to see the kids. The activities definitely stimulate my little girl and now she is talking she regularly says the names of staff and talks about what she has done that day. Yes, sometimes tears at drop off but again staff know how to deal and I feel with confidence that 2mins later she will be playing and having a fun time!

My eldest has been at Mini Bugs since he was 2 and in a few weeks he'll be leaving to go to school. The staff have always been amazing with him and always super friendly and helpful. His speech and learning skills have come on leaps and bounds. My youngest has started a few months ago and will still be going for the foreseeable future as the staff are great, caring and will always call to keep you updated on your little ones if you have any worries etc. If I could keep both boys here I would!!!
