This nursery has been fantastic throughout. The settling period was very smooth, the staff are attentive and loving and the menu is varied and nutritious. We saw a huge development in our child’s personal social, gross motor and language skills in just a few weeks. We’ve felt very happy to leave our child here and would recommend to other local parents.

My two daughters loved their time at this nursery. The staff are wonderful and caring, and each day there are fun activities and focused play to engage the children. The manager Melissa is excellent and the owner is closely involved in the operations to make sure high standards are maintained. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful nursery. The staff are caring, friendly and have really bonded with my son. He's so happy there and it's really helped with his development. As parents we're kept in touch with his progress, daily activities and any potential issues immediately.

I have 3 children who have all attended pre school nurseries and day care nurseries, due to my work commitments. Out of the many nurseries that my children have attended, Monkey Puzzle in West Norwood is a gem. I have to say this is the best nursery that my daughter has attended, The staff are welcome, friendly, helpful and have a vast knowledge in child care. They have been very helpful and good at helping my daughter settle in. I feel that this is not just a day care nursery, but an environment where my daughter will actually learn and thrive. The nursery facilities and environment are amazing. I wish this nursery has been around for my two older sons. A hidden secret.

My journey at Monkey Puzzle West Norwood started three months ago and I couldn’t be happier. The children are amazing here as well as the staff and the parents. It feels like we are all a big family, everyone gets on well with each other. The manager is very friendly, approachable and supportive. She is always making sure that we are happy and feel appreciated.
