While there were moments of kindness during our time, our overall experience was mixed and left us disappointed. As parents of a child with additional needs, we came in hoping for open communication and a nurturing environment. Unfortunately, we encountered repeated challenges around communication, lack of empathy from certain staff members, and a general unwillingness to listen to our concerns. One particular incident involved an injury where our request for basic aftercare (applying cream) was dismissed, and instead of working with us, the team became defensive. Public communications from the nursery often felt passive-aggressive, rather than supportive or collaborative. Staff attitudes at times felt cold and dismissive, and conversations that could have been handled gently were instead met with sarcasm or abruptness. As a parent, this didn’t inspire trust or confidence — particularly when my child deserved a more responsive environment. I hope the nursery reflects on how it communicates with families going forward, especially those with children who may require additional care. Respect, empathy, and partnership go a long way in building trust. We are grateful for the learning experiences our child had, but our journey here was far more stressful than it needed to be.

Think carefully about whether you want to send your child there! Check Ofsted report if you don't believe me. I already saw that things were bad there before the inspection.... 1. Children are left unattended, when anyone can approach the garden gate and attack children. 2. The gate from the main street is locked with a padlock, once I caught that it was not there at all and the door was open, and once the staff left the key inside. 3. Food is left on the ground in front of the gate, where anyone can approach and, for example, poison it, not to mention any bacteria. Managers will never say "I'm sorry", but they always found some empty excuse. 4. Children were very dirty from the rubber on the playground and snotty, and above all, mine was always very hungry after long day up there. 5. There were situations when the staff, in order to rest, gave the children to watch YouTube on tablets. 6. Children in age groups not kept together, only they mixed them, and this is associated with a lack of discipline. 7. Too frequent change of employees, which was associated with a lack of communication and build a problems between the parents/childrens and nursery.

Unacceptable behaviour of the manager who sent me an email regarding my partner's review of this nursery. Trying to use the Police name to intimidate me. When the Police saw pictures from the previous review and an email from the manager they even didn't bother to give a reference number because there wasn't any crime done. If you are unhappy with being contacted by this nursery make sure to make a complaint to ICO.

My daughter and I loved this nursery and the people in it especially shanice, Kayleigh and Saba all members of the team done a amazing job with my daughter, especially being that this was her third and last nursery before she left to go to school They always went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was settled and all her needs were met I would highly recommend this nursery
